I’m Gisela, the heart behind Events By G. Marie. I believe that event planning should be fun and stress-free, especially wedding planning. My goal is to help couples and clients focus on enjoying their special moments while I take care of the details. With a passion for creativity, organization, and making every event unique, I’m here to ensure that your day reflects your vision and unfolds seamlessly. My journey into event planning began with a simple love for decorating my home and organizing family gatherings. Whether it was setting the perfect table for holiday dinners or coordinating birthday celebrations, I found joy in creating spaces that brought people together. Over time, what started as a personal passion grew into something much bigger.

As friends and family began asking for help with their own special occasions, I discovered how much I loved turning ideas into beautiful, meaningful events. This passion led me to expand my skills, and soon, I found myself planning everything from weddings to birthday parties, baby showers, and even corporate events.

Today, through Events By G. Marie, I’m able to combine my love for design, attention to detail, and organizational skills to help others celebrate life’s most important moments. Each event I plan is an opportunity to make memories and tell a unique story—one that reflects the personalities and dreams of my clients.

WE OFFER A VARIETY OF SERVICE PACKAGES TO MEET YOUR UNIQUE NEEDS.

You can select from any of our packages and enhance your experience with customizable add-ons, allowing you to tailor the level of support to your unique needs.

If you're unsure which package is the best fit for your event, we invite you to schedule a complimentary consultation. During this session, we’ll assess your specific requirements and recommend the perfect package, ensuring you receive the ideal amount of assistance throughout the planning process.

Partial Planning

This service is for the client who has the main pieces of their planning process in place but is overwhelmed with managing everything in the months leading up to their wedding day. Partial planning services do not provide the same level of support as full planning services, as they typically do not start more than 6 months before the wedding date, unlike full planning, which begins at least 12 months prior.

Full Planning

This service includes assistance with everything in the planning process from start to finish. From vendor and budget advice to designing a beautiful tablespace, full planning ensures that you have a planner by your side throughout. Your planner will answer your questions and solve any issues that may arise throughout your time together so that things progress smoothly throughout the entire process.

Day-Of Coordination

Day-Of Coordination is the ideal service for those who prefer to plan their event themselves but want to hand over the reins as the day approaches. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, or special celebration, we step in to ensure all the final details are perfectly executed. Our team will handle all logistics, troubleshoot any last-minute challenges, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day, allowing you to relax and enjoy the moments that matter most. From overseeing vendors to ensuring the timeline stays on track, we take care of the details so you can focus on celebrating.

Design

Design as a stand-alone service is perfect for clients who want a beautifully styled event but do not require assistance with the logistical planning. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate gathering, baby shower, or birthday celebration, this service focuses solely on the aesthetics. We will handle all aspects of the design, from creating stunning centerpieces to curating the décor that brings your vision to life. On the day of your event, we’ll be there to ensure every design detail is executed flawlessly, making your space look exactly as you imagined. This service is ideal for clients hosting at a full-service venue, where the logistical side is covered, but the design is paramount.
